Principal, Qualified Accountant & Registered Auditor and Tax Specialist.
Eilis worked in practice until starting her own firm in 1992. She holds a Certificate in Computing from DCU and is a member of MENSA. She also holds an Accredited Commercial Mediator award from the Mediation forum of Ireland. Eilis sits on the National council of ISME where she was appointed Chairman in May 2009. Eilis was also appointed by Minister Michael Martin to the Government’s SME Management Development Council in the Republic of Ireland. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland (IoD) and President of the North Kildare Chamber of Commerce and was a Finalist in the Network Ireland Business Woman of the year awards in 2010. In 2011 Eilis was invited to join the ACCA Global Forum for SME’s as ireland’s representative. In 2012 Eilis was appointed as the ACCA representative to the FEE SMP Forum in Brussels. Eilis’ main expertise lies in all areas of tax planning and small and medium enterprise development. Her interests include show jumping, cooking, theatre and classical music.

She has worked in practice for over 10 years. Deborah joined the firm in March 2007 having previously worked in Account Management roles within the Finance, Accounting Software and IT Industries.
Deborah enjoys reading, walking, cooking and travel.
Junior Chapwanya BSc, ACCA, ACFE
Qualified Accountant & Tax Advisor / Practice Manager
Junior joined Quinlan & Co. in March 2015 and has progressed within the practice to her current role of Practice Manager. Prior to joining Quinlan & Co. Junior worked in the not-for-profit sector.
A graduate of Midlands State University with a BSc(Hons) in Mathematics, and Oxford Brookes University with a BSc(Hons) in Applied Accounting, Junior is also a Microsoft Certified Master in Office 2010, and is currently studying towards the MSc in Data Analytics with UCD.
Professional memberships include the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Irish Tax Institute, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Institute of Banking. Areas of interest include succession planning, corporate restructuring and forensic auditing.
Outside of work Junior has an interest in psychology, in which she holds a Diploma in Child Psychology. Hobbies include chess and programming (R, C++ and python).
Violeta Slyziene ACCA
Violeta joined the practice in November 2015. She is ATI qualified and currently studying with the ACCA.
Outside of work Violeta enjoys reading, yoga and travel.
Amanda McGrath ACCA, BA(Hons)
Qualified Accountant / Audit Manager
Amanda Joined the firm in January 2016, with over 9 years practice experience. Amanda holds an honours degree in Accounting and Finance, and is a qualified ACCA member.

Sinead Marsh BBm (Hons), AIPA
Sinead has a BBm (Hons) in Management from IT Carlow, as well as a Diploma in Accounting & Business. She recently qualified in IPASS Payroll exams. She is part ACCA qualified and currently studying for future exams.
Sinead has over 3 years bookkeeping experience in practice. Her interests include reading, cooking and going to the cinema.
Patrick Tracey BA(Hons)
Patrick has over nine years accounting experience both in practice and industry. He has achieved a First Class Honours degree in Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting in 2007 and a Distinction in Higher Certificate in Business Studies in 2005. He is currently studying for his final exams with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf at the weekends with his brother, running, reading and supporting the local GAA community. He was involved in coaching the local GAA underage teams.
Kate joined the firm in April 2018, with 9 years of administration and office management experience.
She is Part-qualified Accounting Technician and currently studying for ACCA. She holds Diploma in advanced accounts, Bookkeeping, and Payroll.
Kate enjoys spending time with her family, walking and travelling.
